Core Services
We design contemporary buildings and spaces, from early feasibility studies and planning applications to technical design, tender documentation and support during construction. We consider statutory requirements, materials, detailing and buildability as the design develops.
We coordinate consultants, design information and submissions to statutory bodies. We agree what information is needed and when, track outstanding decisions and help resolve gaps between disciplines. We can also take over design coordination on projects already in progress.
We represent clients through design and construction, managing programme, procurement, risk and quality, and coordinating cost reporting with the project team. We monitor progress against the agreed budget and programme, raise issues early and help clients make informed decisions.
We support clients and developers through RIBA Stages 0-4 and can continue through Stages 4-7, covering technical design, construction, handover and in-use support. We also provide project management for contractors and other project teams, with the scope agreed for each appointment.
