Developers
and owners

We help owners and developers with Architecture, Design Management and Project Management. You can appoint us for one service or combine them within an agreed scope.

Depending on the appointment, we develop the brief and design, coordinate consultants and applications for approval, or act as your project manager. Our involvement can cover RIBA Stages 0-4 and continue through Stages 4-7, including construction, handover and in-use support.

02 / Control design and delivery

Contractors

We provide Architecture, Design Management and Project Management support to contractors, with responsibilities defined by the contract and our appointment.

We prepare architectural and technical information, coordinate consultants and specialist design packages, and support programme, procurement and risk management through construction and handover.

03 / Strengthen my team

Architecture
practices

We work with architecture practices that need additional support in Architecture, Design Management or Project Management.

You retain the client relationship and design authorship. We take on an agreed part of the work, such as technical design, consultant coordination or project management, and work alongside your team.
